A little TLC for an old dresser

Found this beauty at a thrift store.  Solid wood, dovetail joints, and I only paid $75 for it.

I painted it white and changed out the knobs.

....fast forward 8 years.
It needed a little TLC.

(Kevin thought it would be funny to paint one of the knobs gold and I never got around to switching it.)
Two knobs were missing...it was looking pretty rough.

I sanded all the drawers and the shell of the dresser.

Then painted it this beautiful putty-grey color.

Added some oval brass knobs...

and voila!
The color is perfect against our black bedroom walls.
I love it :)
